Getting Started

How Our Personalized iRacing Custom Setup Service Works

When you purchase a custom NASCAR setup, you’re not getting an off-the-shelf file — you’re getting a tailor-made race package built specifically for your driving style, track conditions, and goals.
Here’s how the process works from start to finish:

1. Order & Initial Questionnaire

After purchasing your custom setup service:

  • You’ll receive a Setup Request Form via email.

  • We’ll ask for:

    • Car & Series (Cup, Xfinity, Truck, etc.)

    • Track & Layout (e.g., Pocono Raceway – Tri-Oval)

    • Session Type (Qualifying, Race Trim, Long-Run, Short-Run

2. Baseline Testing

We begin with:

  • Having you run a practice session within iRacing and exporting the telemetry data to us (Try to run as clean of laps as you can and a full fuel run is ideal for optimizing a setup)

  • Report to us your driving style preferences
(Loose/Tight entry, preferred mid-corner rotation, throttle-off or throttle-on rotation, etc.)

  • Known Challenges (e.g., “struggling with corner exit oversteer”) Don't be afraid to get as detailed as you can with what your feeling, we can analyze and adjust based on exactly how you need the car to drive.

  • Telemetry Data from practice session captured by a program called MoTeC i2 Pro 1.1 allows us to analyze your data and there will be instructional videos on how to get everything set up the way we need it.

3. Fine-Tuning for Your Style

Once the car’s baseline is in place, we tailor it to your style and how you want the car to drive:

  • Shock Tuning
Low-Speed & High-Speed adjustments for smoothness, responsiveness, or curb control.

  • Crossweight & Weight Distribution
To make the car freer or tighter in specific phases of the corner.

  • Camber & Toe Adjustments
For sharper turn-in or increased stability.

  • Gear & Differential Settings
To maximize drive off and straight-line speed.

This is where we match the car to your hands and feet — making sure it responds exactly how you want.

4. Delivery & Setup Sheet

We don’t just hand you the file — we prove it:

Once your setup is complete, you’ll receive:

  • Detailed Setup Sheet (PDF) including:

    • Every garage value to change

    • Optimal lap tips

    • Tire management advice

    • Pit stop & fuel recommendations

5. Support & Adjustments

If something’s off, we make further tweaks until it’s right:

  • You get up to 3 total follow-up adjustments and setups
(if you feel something could be improved after testing)

  • Ongoing support via email for driving tips and setup advice.

What Makes This Different from Pre-Made Setups?

  • Built 100% around you — no generic baseline

  • Tested in real conditions, not just theory

  • Explained in detail so you learn while you race

  • Adjustable post-delivery — we work with you until you’re happy
